Following the introduction of their collaborative Officer Shoes in January, Japan’s NEXUSVII and UK shoemaker George Cox have joined forces again for a collection due to hit retail later this year. Coming in navy and beige colorways this time around, the silhouette features a predominately suede upper paired with a leather toe cap, perorated star detailing, air cushioning and welt construction. Capped off with contrasting white laces, the NEXUSVII x George Cox 2012 Fall Officer Shoes will be available at select retailers for ¥38,640 JPY (approximately $ 483 USD).

Japanese label visvim goes to painstaking lengths to ensure the products they produce are constructed with the utmost care and are made from materials that are as naturally sourced as humanly possible. Enter visvim’s latest GRIZZLY BOOTS that are made from Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide and fitted with natural cork footbeds atop a durable and shock absorbent Vibram outsole. The boots are hand-stitched using a welt construction, and do not have a liner to enhance the boot’s breathability and wearability in warmer conditions. A Bathing Ape has unveiled an image of their CROCODILE PATTERN MANHUNT BOOTS as part of its seasonal array of footwear. Presented with a textured brown pattern, the mid-cut boot has dashes of a Clarks Wallabees-influence minus the signature gum sole bottom. Stussy releases another season-specific item, this time joining San Diego-based, Chubasco Sandals for a Summer 2012 “AZTEC” collection. Making use of one of the staple models within the Chubasco Sandals lineup, Stussy chose the brand’s “Aztec” model and treated it in two unique colorways. The pair features a custom-molded, contoured outsole, an 8mm thick natural rubber footbed and is topped off by a custom hand-woven upper composition. Retailing for ¥13,440 JPY (approximately $ 169 USD), the “AZTEC” collaboration will be made available beginning May 24 through Stussy.
