The recent ‘What the Max’ drop showed off the Nike Air Max+ 95 360‘s incredible capacity for intricate colorblocking, its tiered look the next logical step from the mass of gradient designs that continue to typify the original AM95 silhouette. Take that step in a slighty different direction, and you end up with a design like this new Air Max 95 BB, one that sees new potential in the upper’s distinct ‘ribs’ thanks again to the power of Hyperfuse construction. So instead of a gradient marking the entire length of ‘muscle fibers’, these grey and Volt 95 360s apply a fade to each of the neon columns laid atop a base that offers a grey-dient in its own right. The Hundreds presents the “Selvedge Denim” Johnson Mid, a special edition of its popular silhouette crafted from — you guessed it — selvedge denim. The shoe features a premium full grain leather toe, backed by denim panels adorned with red contrast stitching throughout, as well as a red-line selvedge heel loop. Additional details include comfortable canvas lining, antique brass eyelets and waxed orange laces. Matching orange foxing stripe and a leather Hundreds tongue tag finish the look. A quickstrike “Blue Box” release, the kicks are slated to hit The Hundreds chapter stores and select authorized retailers on May 31st, with an online drop scheduled for the following Monday on June 4th.

Dolce & Gabbana has caught sneakerheads off guard over the last couple of years, offering a diverse line-up of shoes that have impressed trainer lovers from every background. No longer pigeon-holed to just those in high-fashion, D&G sneakers are also packed with style and comfort and their new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection adds to their already strong roster of styles, plus some redesigned silhouettes of some of their most popular classics. Leopard print combines a feral wilderness and a luxurious attitude – perfect for women, right? Although wildlife prints have become increasingly popular on the men’s side of fashion, this upcoming Leopard Pack of the Air Max 1 is strictly for the ladies; we first previewed the Leopard Pack in March, with this Black colorway side by side with the Dunk High, but it appears that there’s a Grey/Red colorway that will join ‘em for a sick one-two punch of releases. Combining suede, the leopard print, and rip-stop nylon at the toe-box, these WMNS releases will hit NSW accounts this Fall 2012 season (so fellas, get on the hunt for the bigger sizes!).
