Coming off his first ever NBA championship in 1991, Michael Jordan’s profile would get an additional boost through a national campaign that debuted in August of the same year. Gatorade’s “Be Like Mike” marketing push, complete with TV commercials and an accompanying jingle that longtime fans can still sing today, is the inspiration for a new apparel and footwear collection from Jordan Brand. In the latter category, fans can expect classic orange-flavored colorways of the Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 32 Low.
