Nike Hyperdunk 2010 – Dirk Nowitzki Home PE
The San Antonio Spurs just achieved their third 60-win season of the Tim Duncan era, a feat matched over that span by only two other teams. The Los Angeles Lakers were an obvious choice, having won five NBA title during that timeframe, and the other is perhaps slightly surprising: Dirk Nowitzki’s Dallas Mavericks. But then again, if you follow the Association, you know that Mark Cuban’s Mavs have been a contender pretty much ever since he shook them out of their lottery-plagued funk, and drafting Dirk back in 1998 was a key turning point for the franchise. Dallas will soon begin its eleventh consecutive playoff berth and despite the 60-win mark being out of their reach, we can’t help but wonder if they’re a dark horse contender for that elusive championship ring. And no matter how deep their run, Dirk will be wearing a new pair of Nike Hyperdunk 2010 PEs. This latest model is even cleaner than the last HD2010 Home PEs, their subtle blocking resembling his unworn Germany player exclusive from last year’s FIBA World Championships. Since its introduction, the Nike “hyper” movement has grown to now include several Hyperdunk PEs and such upcoming ideas as the Lunar Hypergamer. Today we get proof that even the 2010 Nike Hyperdunk is still going strong thanks to such players as Dirk Nowitzki who still get and wear their PE versions. Nike Air Max 2010 – Grey – Purple | Unreleased Sample
Sneaker News first showed you the unreleased sample version of the Nike Air Max 2010; it featured a patent leather mudguard with a mesh upper, with five Flywire panels falling from the lace eyelets. The same running-specific 360 Max Air unit was used, but the upper design is obviously completely different from the released version of the Air Max 2010. Many of our readers were very happy with the design of these, but all in all these were a bit too similar to the Air Max 2009 for it to warrant full production. Here’s a look at a Grey/Purple of this unreleased Air Max 2010 sample; it features the same patent leather upper mudguard with hints of purple on the tongue, laces, and inner lining. Nike Hyperdunk 2010 Low – Upcoming Colorways
Samuel Dalembert, these are for you. Earlier this NBA Season the Haitian-born center for the Sacramento Kings earned his own NBA Feet spotlight on Sneaker News for rocking a pair of custom Nike Hyperdunk 2010s during a game. By ‘custom’, we mean demolished with a pair of gardening shears. Apparently Dalembert wasn’t happy with the ankle cut, so he cut the ankle down to size to create a one-of-one nobody-got-these pair of Hyperdunk 2010 Lows. Arriving at Nike Basketball retailers in the coming months is the Nike Hyperdunk 2010 Low in these three new colorways. UK’s own HUSH gave Warholian.com exclusive access to watch his working process while preparing for his new show "Passing Through" which runs from May 1st – June 5, 2010 at the Shooting Gallery in San Francisco.
We like to refer to HUSH as the reverse Jackson Pollock of the street art scene. Creating abstract street tags as an action form for his painting’s base, he then looks for imagery within the abstraction to find beautiful images which he then refines to focus the piece.
