As September approaches us so does the start of the new school year and Nike SB has a sleuth of sneakers for the returning students to pick and choose from.

This month’s batch has a new colorway of the Zoom Stefan Janoski SB, Zoom Omar Salazar, Zoom Bruin SB, Zoom Classic SB, Dunk Low Pro SB and the Zoom Paul Rodriguez 2.5 The highlights of the collection are the Red/White Nike SB Zoom P.Rod 2.5 we  previously posted, a sharp pair of Orange Blaze SB Dunk Lows that give off a Halloween vibe, and a smooth-as-can-be  University Blue Bruins.

If the Air Jordan 2 Retro “Candy” Pack wasn’t enough to fill your Jordan 2 needs then maybe this Jet Back model that’s slated to drop this holiday season is more your taste. This version has a  much more subtle appeal and lacks the flashy flare the candy pack brings to the table.

Sporting a suede upper with snakeskin on the middle panels, this Air Jordan 2 will mark the first time we’ve seen a predominantly Black colorway since 2004.  The only other colors used is white accents on the trim, eyelets, outer sole, and tongue.

Back in Spring, the New Balance 455, an original 1979 trail shoe, was re-launched for the first time in 30 years, and now it has been updated again for Fall 2010.

Designed and manufactured in New Balance’s factory in Flimby, England, the 455 has a three layer lugged outer sole capable of dispersing shock and offering excellent traction-a lot of bells and whistles that stem from the fact that this was an actual award-winning trail shoe more than 30 years ago. The 455 was the trail shoe of its day and today remains a classic.

The New Balance 455 for Fall 2010 will be available for both men and women in Light Grey and Grey at Zappos.
