Air Jordan 1 High “Rust Pink” // Another Look

Earlier this week, BMX rider Nigel Sylvester unveiled a budding Air Jordan 1 High. The shoe carried striking characteristics of the “Black Toe” OG. Yet where that shoe features Varsity Red, this one comes marked in pink. Another look at the shoe is vindicated today with an official name for its muted pink shade.

Set to a Rust Pink heel, ankle collar and outsole, the primary hues remain in White/Black true to the aforementioned original pair. The excitement for this pair is mounting quickly, fresh on the heels of the Gold “Top Three” pair that released at ComplexCon earlier this month.

Grab a closer look at the Air Jordan 1 High “Rust Pink” below and stay tuned for release details.

Air Jordan 13 “Italy Blue” // Another Look

Following an announcement yesterday that this Air Jordan 13 “Italy Blue” would be releasing in early December in gradeschool girls sizes, today offers another look at the model in greater detail.

Very similar to the “Grey Toe” that dropped back in 2014, this tricolored Air Jordan 13 doesn’t appear to be releasing in men’s sizing but is certainly worth a look given we don’t often see this model in shades of blue. There are of course the “Flints” and the elusive Chris Paul PEs turned general release.

Expect the Air Jordan 13 “Italy Blue” on December 2 at select Jordan Brand retailers.

Nike Air Max 97 “Royal” // Another Look

Much like the “Japan” Air Max 97 that pulls from the “Neon” Air Max 95, this “Royal” iteration of the 20th anniversary silhouette seamlessly and effectively mimics that of the OG Air Max 1 colorway of the same moniker.

Adopting a similar white, game royal and neutral grey palette, the Air Max 97 continues to pay tribute to Air Max styles before it with on trend commemorative colorways. U.S. release details for this Nike Air Max 97 “Royal” have not yet been revealed. However, select overseas shops like titolo will have pairs available very soon. Nike Air VaporMax “Sprite” // Another Look

Following a preview back in September, the Nike Air VaporMax “Sprite” appears again today ahead of any official release details.

Nike LeBron 15 “Wine” // Another Look

The Cleveland Cavaliers haven’t started the new NBA season like a team that ended the last one in the Finals. LeBron James called the squad sluggish and is very well aware that they’re playing far below expectations. There are many factors at work here; thankfully none of which are the Nike LeBron 15.

James has called the LeBron 15 his favorite signature model to date and continues to wear them both on and off the court this season. This “Wine” colorway is dropping later this month, shining a light on Nike’s current infatuation with Bordeaux everything. The autumn shade appears lush and rich in BattleKnit and leather tongue and heel construction.

Grab another Look at the Nike LeBron 15 “Wine” below and stay tuned for more release details.

Patta x ASICS Gel-Mai Knit “Rose Cloud” // Another Look

Patta, among the foremost retailers where sneaker collaborations are concerned, are due to release their new ASICS Gel-Mai “Rose Cloud” release next month. Another look at the shoe is revealed today.

The Gel-Mai, originally released in the ’90s, was far ahead of its time decades ago. Today, though, the model is very much on trend given its asymmetrical lacing system and budding knitted base.  Smooth nubuck overlays connect the laces that wrap the ankle collar and through a leather heel counter. “Patta” branding appears throughout the knitted upper in rose while 3M reflective detailing aligns the shoes centermost point.

Take a closer look at the Patta x ASICS Gel-Mai “Rose Cloud” below and expect the release on November 4 at Patta Amsterdam, London and online.

Tyler, the Creator Has Another GOLF Le Fleur x Converse Collection Releasing Soon

Tyler, the Creator was always going to design sneakers, no matter if one or any overarching brands came to his aid. Much of his earlier designs fell solely under his own label, in which he produced colorful iterations filled with vibrant hues and tranquil flower blooms. Now, following a deal with Vans, Tyler has aligned with Converse, and they’re allowing him to bolster many of his elder designs with their backing and resources.

Set to release this November, his budding GOLF Le Fleur x Converse One Star collection features three new styles – Jolly Green, Solar Power, and Vanilla. Each are coated in a hairy suede with tonal or contrast floral paneling. The collection will be accompanied by a bomber jacket, hoodie, tee, and bucket hat.

Look for the release on October 18 exclusively at Kasina in Seoul followed by a larger release on November 2 via Converse.

A man was fatally stabbed by a friend and another man was killed by gunfire in unrelated incidents in the Bronx Friday, police said.

Police responding to a 911 call found knifing victim Andi Tejada, 20, badly wounded inside his killer’s apartment on Morris Ave. near E 183rd St. in Fordham around 4:15 p.m., cops said.

His alleged killer, Wander Rosario, 21, who police said knew Tejada’s family, turned himself in to police at the urging of a friend.

He was charged with murder early Saturday.

Tejada was killed a 10 minute walk from his home.

A few hours later, a gunman blasted a 24-year-old man in the head and chest roughly 2 miles away, cops said.

Medics also rushed him to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he died, according to officials.

Another Look at the Nike Air Max 97 “Neon”

Another day, and yes, another look at the Nike Air Max 97 “Neon.” Somewhere between a love for this mashup colorway and a disdain for the fact that it appears to only be a women’s release, we plan to keep examining this shoe until the hurt regarding a lack of men’s sizing wears down.

Of course pulling from the Air Max 95 “Neon” OG, it’s to wonder why the Air Max 95 “Silver Bullet” released in a full size run and this pair hasn’t (yet). We certainly have our fingers crossed that more size options are on the way but until then grab another on-foot look at this gem below. Pairs are available now at titolo.
