Leopard print combines a feral wilderness and a luxurious attitude – perfect for women, right? Although wildlife prints have become increasingly popular on the men’s side of fashion, this upcoming Leopard Pack of the Air Max 1 is strictly for the ladies; we first previewed the Leopard Pack in March, with this Black colorway side by side with the Dunk High, but it appears that there’s a Grey/Red colorway that will join ‘em for a sick one-two punch of releases. Combining suede, the leopard print, and rip-stop nylon at the toe-box, these WMNS releases will hit NSW accounts this Fall 2012 season (so fellas, get on the hunt for the bigger sizes!). The adidas Originals AR 2.0 has made quite impression since its inception and is now available in a new collection.
Coming in a navy and red duo, this “Americana Pack” features two brand new USA-inspired looks for the summer. Both sneakers feature synthetic nubuck uppers and include white Trefoil branding and 3 Stripes along with the addition of a fresh collar and a heel quarter design. Have your choice at either version as they both also display alternating piping and branding.
Both adidas Originals AR 2.0 styles are now available in stores and online at locations like Footlocker, Champs, and Eastbay.

New images of the “Golden Moments” Air Jordan VII [7] have just been released, giving us an in-depth look at the commemorative sneaker. Rumored to be accompanied by a White and Gold Air Jordan VI [6], the sneakers are done in Black and Gold, built from a mix of leather and nubuck. Keeping within the Olympic theme, the Golden Moments 7s pay homage to the Gold Medal that Jordan won as a member of the 1992 Dream Team. With a release set for later this Summer, images of the Air Jordan 7 from the Golden Moments Pack continue to surface.
Set to be accompanied by a white and gold version of the Air Jordan 6, this previously unreleased pair of Js features a black nubuck and leather upper with metallic gold and white accents throughout and serve as a tribute to Michael Jordan’s Olympic gold medal as a member of the 1992 Dream Team in Barcelona.

You might not know this, what with all their attention paid to the youngest-ever NBA MVP, a stunning MTV video starlet and the most flamboyant guest designer doing it today, but adidas has a sincere interest in the sport of table tennis. Three Stripes to this day makes among the world’s very best ping-pong sneakers and paddles (or ‘blades’, as they’re more commonly called by those in the know), and this latest drop from the Originals division is a subtle reminder they’ve been at this for decades. The adidas Originals Tischtennis ‘Olympic Pack’ features Union Jack pennants on the lateral heels, but the more intriguing embroidery might be the brown Stripes that divide the white pair’s side panels. One of last year’s most sought after limited releases was the Nike Zoom Kobe VI “FC Barcelona” Pack. This twosome of eye-catching Kobe colorways incorporates cues from both the home and away jerseys of the legendary football club. Today marks the one year anniversary of this limited pack that released solely at European retailers.

Sneaker News has now shown you both of the GT-IIs they have on tap for June’s ‘opening ceremonies’, and now we’ll move on to Bait’s Gel Lyte III collabo designs. Just like the GTs, there are two Bait x Asics Gel Lyte IIIs coming up from their ‘Rings Pack’, though this first goes a bit further outside those traditional five colors than any of the others. Thanks to purple accents including the laces and 90% of the outsole, these have a ‘Grape’ look to them, a fairly loose interpretation of the ‘Green Ring’ that’s typically presented in more of a kelly shade. Vans is pulling a bunch of classic patterns out of their nearly five decade-deep archives this year, and what started as a part of the Van Doren series celebrating Off the Wall’s founders is now a pleasant surprise that’s spreading to all corners of their summer catalog. The latest revelation is this Vans Vault OG ‘Palm Leaf’ Pack, which applies a vintage tropical two-tone print to two pairs each of the Vans Sk8-Hi and Era. The as yet unopened boutique Bait has a name that reflects the careful teasing with which it’s being rolled out, and it looks like they’ll have something to lure everyone when their doors open to sunny Orange County, California this June. Fresh off the revelation of their Saucony Grid 9000 comes the first individual looks at the Bait x Asics ‘Rings Pack’, a quintet of classic runners that represent the five rings of the Olympic flag. Rounding out the OG Packs from Vans Vault are two colorways of the Era LX.
Decked out in the same palm tree motif as the Sk8-Hi LX, the kicks once again come in black and white colorways, each with white rubber foxing, contrasting foxing stripes and a vulcanized rubber outsole.
Look for both of these summertime looks to hit dealers next month.

The Bait x Asics ‘Five Rings’ pack includes three silhouettes spread across five colorways symbolizing the quadrennially ubiquitous Olympic flag. Following up on the ‘Yellow Ring’ GT-II, this pair pictured above now represents both the wrap-up for that silo in this set and the ‘Red Ring’ from that quintet of interlocking circles.
