After debuting in a variety of OG-leaning, ‘dipped’ and otherwise totally new colorways last summer, the Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse went AWOL right around the time CrookedTongues gave out their sick ‘Infrared’ F&Fs. Then about ten days ago, we got our first look at a few new pairs whose colors were more or less combined to create the Olympic Flag-styled Quickstrike pair soon to be joined by AM95BBs and AM2012s. And that’s not the only AM90 HYP set to hit retail with some friendly assistance, as the four ‘Suede Pack’ pairs will soon unleash their unique combo construction on the world in red, neon, blue or black. Tricker’s and Tres Bien Shop continue to work together to great effect. The country brogue has been reworked in the past by the Swedish retailer but this latest design highlighted by a stone brown repel suede outer with brass eyelets, a chunky wedge crepe sole and a natural colored stormwelt makes for another great release. In addition the tonal, round, waxed laces along with the Tres Bien signature navy blue calf leather lining with gold stamp completes the design.

Though they originated from different decades (1980s and ’70s, respectively), the adidas Originals Decade is quite a bit like the Nike Blazer in the sense that the ‘mid’ and ‘high’ versions of each are nearly indistinguishable from one another. But then again, it almost doesn’t matter what they’re called when classic basketball kicks are refreshed in styles as simply satisfying as these two new pairs. Navy and grey pairs both add white accents for the crisp two-tone look that both hearkens back to this models 1985 debut and signals that this particular drop came from the 2010s. The Nike Air Max 90 got bumped up a few points in the ‘sporty’ category when Nike Sportswear introduced the Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse last Fall. It returns once again, but will with a retrograde concept, as it employs suede – a material typically reserved for ‘Lifestyle’ footwear – on the mudguard to create a unique contrast of materials. Four colorways will be available soon – all of which combine the sportiness of Hyperfuse with the suede material for a unique mix that we might not have expected. Supra’s recent output is an attention grabbing bunch, with sneakers in the group either donning bright colors or off-the-wall materials. This latest version of the Supra Skytop III goes in the opposite direction, dialing back the design a bit with an understated cream suede on top and a gum sole on bottom. The result is quite the clean sneaker, with the lighter suede being a pretty good rollout for the warm weather.
