Reebok Insta Pump Fury – Purple – White – Black

Each of its most memorable original colorways has released in January of the past two years with plenty of new Reebok Insta Pump Fury goodness in between. The latest refresh comes to us with healthy doses of what might be the most popular single color for this model in recent memory, but the application of purple on this pair is unlike the last fall’s release or the ‘Purple Rain’ colorway that preceded it. Jun Watanabe’s ‘Mr. Bottle Head’ sequel also features quite a bit of the regal color just like 2011′s; where does the above pictured new model rank amongst all these jams? Drop a comment when you click through for more images and stick with Sneaker News for word on a possible US release. Photos: mita sneakers

Air Jordan XII Clave – Varsity Red – White – Stealth

It seems like all-red Air Jordans are all the ‘rage’ right now. Here’s a detailed look at one of the first Air Jordan XII Clave releases – this daring colorway of Varsity Red/White-Stealth; it features a tonal red upper, matching perforated synthetic leather with the trademark mudguard, rounded out by a white-based heel with minute hints of Stealth grey around the shoes. While the Clave itself is a new model, we’ve already seen the Air Jordan XII, one of the ‘simplest’ Air Jordans ever created, in lifestyle form – namely 2009′s Jordan Phly Legend Premier. This reprisal of the Air Jordan XII is sure to excite, so peep this detailed gallery below and look out for ‘em at Jordan Brand retailers soon because CNCPTS has already stocked them.

Nike Zoom KD IV – Team Orange – Photo Blue – White | Available

Can anyone in the Western Conference keep up with the Oklahoma City Thunder this year? The former Seattle Supersonics have led the West from the start of the season, this year’s breakout performance by James Harden making the Kevin Durant/Russell Westbrook double-headed monster into a bonafide ‘big three’. So even if Durant’s scoring numbers are down a scoche thanks to a more equitable distribution, it’ll all be worth it if we look back on releases like this new Nike Zoom KD IV as having been the ones he wore during that first championship season. This Team Orange, Photo Blue and white pairing dropped at some stores earlier but are now finally available at more Nike Basketball including Oneness.

Nike Air Command Force – White – Black – Bright Green | OG Pair on eBay

The Nike Retro roll-out for 2012 has provided a nice breather for the vintage sneaker hunters out there, with various 90′s classics either confirmed for a release or already having hit retailers. But pre-dating the Air Diamond Turf II and Air Speed Turf Max is one of the most beloved Nike Basketball sneakers of all-time – the Nike Air Command Force of 1991. With the aggressive high-top design, pump module on the heel, intimidating nomenclature, and one of sickest midsoles to ever grace a sneaker, the Command Force represents the end of the design spectrum that defies convention and leaves the viewing public in utter awe.
While the OG Command Force won’t make a return this year (and likely won’t in its original state), Nike Retro fans will be treated with a high-top variation of the Command Force’s cousin – the Air Force 180 High. It’s not often that we get to see a pair of Command Forces in deadstock condition, so bask in the beauty of the Command Force in this rarely-seen White/Black-Bright Green colorway below. If you’d rather stay true to the originals, you’re in luck; this size 10.5 deadstock pair just popped up for sale from pinkauctions on eBay.

Nike Dunk High – Wolf Grey – White – Cool Grey

While we await the arrival of Nike Sportswear’s new Deconstruct variation (can’t be too far off with AF1 Decons recently touching down in Japan), here’s the first new Nike Dunk High release from NSW since that BTTYS-style ‘Sail Pack’ from late February. These opt for the blocking pattern that doesn’t yet have a nickname, but probably should, given how much it’s showing up these days. Something like 2010s’ ‘Be True’, this pair gives us a toe, tongue and eyelets in Wolf Grey leather while the rest is covered in Cool Grey twill. Toss in a sour apple green shoestring and we end up somewhere in the Dunkman zone, but as long as you choose your shades carefully, a lace swap should be tenable with tons of vibrant shades. Click through to see more angles on these, then find them at NSW stores like Titolo.

Nike WMNS Air Max 90 – Hot Punch – White – Storm Pink

The old ‘pink and shrink’ tactic seems to be in effect with this new Nike Air Max 90 for the ladies, but we can’t even be mad given how good the smooth rouges mix in with the white and tan sectioning on the upper. In fact the colorway is so high energy you can almost think of it as an ‘Infrared’ counterpart for the sneakerheads with two X-chromosomes. Click through for a better look at this brightly equipped Spring sneaker from Nike Sportswear and grab a pair now from fine accounts like Oneness.

adidas Originals Decade Mid – Orange – White – Pool

Its name presents the same kind of dilemma Young Jeezy will face in the next few years, but even if the adidas Originals Decade Mid is somewhat misleading in its name, this new release is still a win-win. You get the classic styling of this 1984 release in its reworked, slightly slimmer format, and in a colorway that gives us something near the 305 area code like we’ve seen on so many sneakers in the wake of the South Beach ‘Decision’. And with that context as the backdrop, this release offers a juxtaposition of basketball from yesterday and today, and you can pre-order yours right now from CrookedTongues.

Jordan CP3.V – Royal – White

Chris Paul and the Los Angeles Clippers have slowed a bit after shocking the basketball world by surging ahead of their Staples Center co-tenants. Lob City is still poised to host a first-round playoff series, though, and Paul has all the support from Jordan Brand he’ll need to stay fresh into the postseason. We’ve seen a relatively massive variety of Jordan CP3.V colorways this season, and quite a few of them manage to blend with the Clippers’ patriotic-leaning color scheme. This new pair in blue and white would make a suitable shoe for both away and home games, but how do they compare to the red-heavy drops we’ve seen him wear most often? Let us know when you click through for more images and stick with Sneaker News for US release info. Photos: UC

Nike SB Omar Salazar LR – Black – Navy – White

Sneaker News just showed you how Paul Rodriguez’ latest signature has been reworked to apply LunarLon within a vulcanized sole environment, an outside-in approach that results in improvements in boardfeel while retaining much of the Lunar cushioning. The change is even more drastic when you shift from the now well-aged Zoom Air to the cutting edge Lunar foam as we have with the new Nike SB Omar Salazar LR. This white-stitched combination of black and navy hides its new high-tech footbed where the OG Salazars had previously offered a unique heel window, but the tradeoff should net you a nice advantage when it comes to mastering flip tricks. Check these out in greater detail after the jump and look for them exclusively in-store at Nike SB retailers like Premier.

White Mountaineering x Saucony Jazz O

White Mountaineering is a brand that you might know from following the fashion blogosophere, yet they’re still sufficiently low key that but a single mention has ever graced the pages of Sneaker News. The Vans Mountain Edition was an obvious choice given its name, and perhaps you could make the same case for this new trio of White Mountaineering x Saucony Jazz O runners. Improvising three uniquely constructed designs, we see a call-and-response as each pair differs by one degree from the ones next to it, yet each blend together for a cohesive pack feel while each offers a fairly wide range of wardrobe options. Peep more photos below and stick with Sneaker News to see if these ever make it stateside. via Cadmus

Jordan CP3.V – Obsidian – White – Varsity Royal

When used on the right shoe, patent leather just gives a sneaker the perfect amount of pop. Take for example this upcoming Jordan CP3.V colorway, colored up in two tones of blue (Obsidian and Varsity Royal) with a full patent leather upper. Another patent-leather built CP3.V that we’re all waiting for is the Jordan CP3.V ‘Jekyll & Hyde’ Pack that Sneaker News broke the news on in early January, but you can count on this Obsidian/Varsity Royal to hit retailers this May. Stay with Sneaker News for more Jordan Brand releases and updates, because we’ve got more coming your way!

Jordan Melo M8 – White – Pitch Blue – Varsity Red

Are we seeing the Team USA colorway of Carmelo Anthony’s Jordan Melo M8? The Team USA roster for the 2012 Games isn’t set just yet, but adding Melo to that squad would make for a definite repeat in Gold. This new colorway of the Jordan Melo M8, seen in yesterday’s preview of the Jordan Brand May 2012 Footwear product line, combines the trio of USA colorways with the visible contrasting Flywire cables on the upper, completing a sure-fire USA vibe that would fit perfectly with our nation’s team uniforms. Expect these to hit this May at Jordan Brand retailers, so check out the extra angles below and stay tuned for additional spotlights on other notable upcoming releases!
